Lobhiya Daal/Black Eyed pea curry

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
1.) 2 Cups Blackeyed peas or Lobhiya Washed ans soaked in water for at least 2 hours.
2.) 1 medium Onion
3.) 2 Large tomatoes
4.) 1 Medium boiled potato
5.) 1/2 t sp Anar dana powder
6.) Salt to taste
7.) 1/2 t sp Chaat Masala (preferably MTR or Chunky Chaat masala)
8.) 1 clove Garlic
9.) 2 cloves
10.) 1 t sp Red chili powder 
11.) 1 and 1/2 t sp Corriander powder
12.) 1/2 t sp Turmeric powder
13.) 1 T sp cooking Oil

Procedure:
1.) Pressure cook with enough water to soak the beans and add salt and turmeric powder.( Important - Pressure cook in medium flame and let it whistle 4-5 times. You should make sure by pressing it. It should not be hard and it should not get too mushy)
2.) In another pan, add finely chopped onion and saute.
3.) Then add minced garlic and stir.
4.) Add tomatoes and on medium slow flame let them cook until they are easily mashed with back of the spoon.
5.) Add all the spices and 1 cup of water.
6.) Chop boiled potato in medium size and add it to the gravy
7.) Add the boiled lobhiya beans along with water in which the beans were boiled and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander/cilantro leaves. Really tasty and pretty easy. 
Note: The Anardana powder gives it nice flavor and color.
