Dips

Queso and Chips
1.A bottle of thick cheddar Cheese Sauce
2. Strained HOT Salsa(remove extra water from salsa)
Heat Cheese sauce in microwave occasionally stirring to avoid lumps. OR You can heat it on a double boiler.
Add salsa. 
Warm the Tortilla chips and Serve with HOT Queso.Yummy!!!



Salsa
Red Ripe but firm Tomato
Green Tomato
Jalapenos - to taste
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves
Fresh parsley
Salt
Onion
Lemon juice
Grind all the ingredients except Red Tomatoes. Chop Tomatoes finely and add to the pureed mixture. Add lemon juice and salt.



Pineapple Salsa
Red Ripe but firm Tomato
Jalapenos - to taste
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves
Salt
Onion
Lemon juice
Dices Pineapple.
Grind all the ingredients except Tomatoes and pineapples. Chop Tomatoes and Pineapples finely and add to the pureed mixture. Add lemon juice and salt.



Mango Salsa
Red Ripe but firm Tomato
Jalapenos - to taste
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves
Salt
Onion
Lemon juice
Diced medium raw Mango.
Grind all the ingredients except Tomatoes and Mango. Chop Tomatoes and Mango finely and add to the pureed mixture. Add lemon juice and salt.


Guacamole
1 Medium Avocado
1 small onion
1 small tomato
salt
cilantro
Lemon juice


Grind everything to fine paste and add salt and lemon juice. Done!



Hummus Dip
Serves: 4-6 people
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cans of Chickpeas
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Tahini sauce
Garlic cloves - 3 leaves
pinch of paprika
pinch of roasted cumin powder
1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil ;+ 1 t sp Extra virgin Olive oil kept separately
1/4 Cup lemon lemon juice
Water for grinding
Process:
1. In blender add Chickpeas, Salt , Tahini sauce,Garlic cloves,1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup lemon lemon juice and little water (just enough to grind this in a fine paste) and grind.
2. Once it becomes fine paste, Pour the paste in a bowl and garnish with paprika ,roasted cumin seed powder and olive oil.Yummy!
